Usage: Carospir is an aldosterone antagonist indicated for NYHA Class III-IV heart failure with reduced ejection fraction to increase survival and reduce hospitalization, as add-on therapy for hypertension in adults not controlled on other agents, and for edema management in adult cirrhotic patients unresponsive to fluid and sodium restriction.
