Usage: Welireg, a hypoxia-inducible factor inhibitor, treats adults with VHL disease-associated tumors (RCC, CNS hemangioblastomas, or pNET), clear cell renal cell carcinoma (adjuvant with pembrolizumab or as monotherapy after prior treatment), and locally advanced or metastatic pheochromocytoma or paraganglioma in adults and patients 12 and older.
