It is also used in combination with other medications for eradicating Helicobacter pylori in patients with duodenal ulcer disease.
Usage: Anastrozole tablets are indicated for adjuvant treatment of postmenopausal women with hormone receptor-positive early breast cancer, first-line treatment of hormone receptor-positive or unknown locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer, and second-line treatment of advanced breast cancer following disease progression on tamoxifen therapy.
Usage: Buprenorphine and naloxone sublingual tablets are indicated for maintenance treatment of opioid dependence and should be part of a comprehensive treatment plan that includes counseling and psychosocial support.
Usage: Carvedilol is indicated for treating chronic heart failure, reducing cardiovascular mortality in stable post-myocardial infarction patients with left ventricular dysfunction, and managing essential hypertension, either alone or with other antihypertensives.
Usage: Chlorhexidine gluconate oral rinse is indicated for the treatment of gingivitis, characterized by redness, swelling, and bleeding of the gums, as part of a professional dental care program. It has not been tested for use in acute necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis (ANUG).
Usage: Chlorthalidone is indicated for managing hypertension, used alone or with other antihypertensive agents. It also serves as adjunctive therapy for edema related to congestive heart failure, hepatic cirrhosis, steroid treatments, renal dysfunction, and in select cases of pregnancy-related edema from pathological causes.
Usage: Cinacalcet is indicated for treating secondary hyperparathyroidism in adults with chronic kidney disease on dialysis, hypercalcemia in parathyroid carcinoma, and severe hypercalcemia in primary hyperparathyroidism patients who cannot undergo surgery. It is not indicated for non-dialysis patients due to hypocalcemia risk.
Usage: Clonazepam is indicated for treating panic disorder, with or without agoraphobia, characterized by unexpected panic attacks and related concerns. Its efficacy was demonstrated in short-term studies, but long-term effectiveness beyond 9 weeks has not been systematically evaluated. Ongoing assessment of its usefulness is recommended.
